Shipping times to Australian major cities and metropolitan areas are 1-4 days from date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 3-10 days of dispatch.

Shipping may be delayed on very hot days if we feel there is risk of heat damage to the wine during transit.

Honky Chateau respects its customers rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind. 

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. Please email us if you have a return request .
