By placing an order with Honky Chateau you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Products are not available to persons under the age of 18. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are providing verifiable proof you are of legal age.

Pricing
While we do our best to ensure all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error as soon as practicable and provide you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, including GST.
Payment
When we receive your order, we will conduct a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Product Availability
If you order a product and the product is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, if a reasonable alternative is available, at either the same or similar price. If there are no suitable alternative products to offer, a full refund of the cost of the product ordered will be provided through your payment method.
Delivery
Shipping times to Australian major cities and metropolitan areas are 1-4 days from date of dispatch. Rural and remote areas may experience slight delays but on average are delivered within 3-10 days of dispatch.
Shipping may be delayed on very hot days if we feel there is risk of heat damage to the wine during transit.

Dry Area Restrictions
Honky Chateau cannot deliver to any areas deemed a dry zone under Australian law.
Returns
Honky Chateau respects its customers rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We also accept that in rare situations, a product can be faulty, damaged or wrongly described. If this is the case, Honky Chateau will gladly exchange the product upon proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email honkychateauwine@gmail.com
Should your wine need to be returned, Honky Chateau will organise to pick up the wine. Until the wine is collected, please keep it safe in the original packaging.
Warnings
Honky Chateau supports the responsible consumption of alcohol, excess consumption of alcohol may be harmful. The Australian and New Zealand governments advise women not to consume alcohol during pregnancy.
Minimum age for Delivery
Honky Chateau operates under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. It is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500) By placing an order with Honky Chateau, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol.
